Grounded in sisterhood, Evie fosters an inclusive space where women can explore their potential, support one another, and celebrate growth in all its forms.

Lucia

Lucia is a highly accomplished fitness instructor, having led thousands of classes across the UK and UAE, and a former competitive boxer and professional dancer. With a deep passion for empowering women, she has dedicated her career to creating transformative spaces where women can build confidence, strength, and self-belief.

As a certified Level 1 Performance Coach, Lucia goes beyond fitness to guide individuals toward reaching their highest potential. Her holistic approach integrates mind, body, and spirit, helping inspire, transform, and elevate every client to unlock their fullest power.

    A 3-day women’s-only retreat focused on unlocking your feminine power, building confidence, and transforming in a luxurious villa sanctuary.

    2. Where is it located?
    Just one hour from Dubai, in a villa with mountain and sea views, a pool, and serene spaces for connection and relaxation.

    3. Who can attend?
    Women of all backgrounds, whether solo or with friends. Solo attendees may share a king bed with another guest to foster sisterhood.

    4. What’s included?

    • Luxury accommodations (3 days, 2 nights)

    • All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)

    5. What’s the fitness level required?
    The retreat is suitable for all fitness levels, with sessions tailored to your needs.

    6. How do I secure my spot?

    7. What is the cancellation policy?
    Bookings are non-refundable but can be transferred to another guest.

  • NUWAVE Retreat Terms and Conditions

    By booking the NUWAVE Retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

    1. Booking and Payment

    1.1. A deposit or full payment is required to secure your spot at the retreat.
    1.2. All payments must be made through our official payment portal.
    1.3. Your booking is only confirmed once payment is received, and you have received a confirmation email from us.

    2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    2.1. All payments are non-refundable.
    2.2. If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another guest, provided you notify us at least 14 days before the retreat start date.
    2.3. In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued.

    3. Health and Fitness Requirements

    3.1. Participation in fitness activities (yoga, HIIT, etc.) is at your own risk.
    3.2. Guests must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
    3.3. By attending, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.

    4. Accommodation

    4.1. Rooms are allocated on a shared basis, with up to three guests per room (using a king bed and floor mattress).
    4.2. Solo travelers may be asked to share a bed with another guest as part of the sisterhood experience.

    5. Liability

    5.1. NUWAVE Retreat and its organizers are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss that occurs during the retreat.
    5.2. Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, injuries, and medical emergencies.

    6. Code of Conduct

    6.1. Guests are expected to respect the retreat space, facilitators, and fellow participants.
    6.2. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.

    7. Privacy

    7.1. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties.
    7.2. Photos or videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to appearing in such media unless you inform us otherwise.

    8. Force Majeure

    8.1. NUWAVE Retreat is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or travel restrictions.

    9. Travel and Arrival

    9.1. Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location.
    9.2. Detailed arrival instructions will be provided prior to the retreat.

  • Non-Refundable Payments

    All payments made for the NUWAVE Retreat are non-refundable.

    Transfer of Booking

    If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another guest.

    Transfers must be arranged by you and communicated to us at least 14 days before the retreat start date.

    Organizer Cancellation

    In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by NUWAVE Retreat, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

    NUWAVE Retreat is not responsible for reimbursing travel or other personal expenses incurred due to cancellation.

    Force Majeure

    No refunds or compensation will be provided for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or travel restrictions.

    Travel Insurance

    We strongly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
